The consumer will be know as ‘you’ or ‘the purchaser’ and the retailer will be know as ‘the seller’ or ‘ABC’
Anglia Baby Centre reserve the right to alter any specifications of any product featured on this website without prior notice. All sizes, weights and colours shown on the site are intended as a guide only and are approximate representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. If you are unsure please contact us.
Please note this site is staffed Tuesday – Friday Only. All orders will be processed, confirmed and emails replied to.

Order Acceptance
Once stock availability has been checked and your card payments been confirmed your order will be accepted and processed. You will be able to watch your order process just login into your account on our site.
Prices may vary from day to day.
If any items are out of stock we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Your statutory wrights are not affected.
Delivery
ABC will aim to deliver goods within 7-10 workings days (except during holiday periods). This excludes goods being delivered direct from the supplier.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver in the time stated you will be contacted by email or telephone.
Delivery will be free of charge unless otherwise stated in your shopping basket. Delivery will be free on goods totalling £100.00 UK Mainland Only!
Orders under £100 will incur a £5 packing & postage fee to UK mainland.
Prices (in pounds sterling) Include VAT at 17.5%, 5% or 13.1%.
Please email us for delivery quotes outside the UK.
When your goods arrive please sign and state if the box is damaged on receipt. If you do not and the product is damaged inside you will be unable to make a claim.
Payment
ABC accepts all major cards (except American express) we use the secure online payment Protx.
Delivery will only be made to the cardholders address.
All goods remain the property of ABC until full payment is received and delivery has been made to the purchaser.
You’re Right to cancel and return
There will be no charge for goods cancelled prior to dispatch.
Goods that are cancelled after dispatch will have to de returned at the expense of the purchaser. (No refund of any return charges)
Unwanted goods can be returned at the purchaser’s expense within 7 workings days after the goods have been received. The goods must be unused and in original packaging and condition.
Any items taken free or as a special offer will have to be returned too with your refunded item/s or you will be charged the current sale value of the goods kept. These items also must be returned in original packaging, unused and new condition.
Collection of goods can be arranged at £20.00 per box / packet. Payment must be made before collection arranged. Please email us with details.
All returns please enclose a letter with the reason for return and a copy of your receipt. If any of these items are missing on receipt of a return your refund will be unable to be processed.
ABC will only refund and accept responsibility for the goods once received by our store in the same condition dispatched in.
All mattresses are hygienically sealed and must be returned unopened.
If any item is sent incorrectly by fault of ABC then ABC will arrange collection for the goods F.O.C.
ABC will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged returned by the purchasers through their own source. We strongly recommend that you keep a receipt as proof of postage and that you are covered in case for loss or damage of those goods by the carrier.
Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation of goods, assuming safe return and the return of goods back to the seller within that time.
Warranty
The products offered for sale comply with the relevant current European or British safety standard at the time of purchase.
The products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 6 months, 1yr, 2 yr or 4yr depending on the product. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
The guarantee does not cover you for miss use, neglect, accidental damage or abuse. Always read the manufacturers instruction manual fully and keep for future reference.
The purchaser is responsible for the correct operation and maintenance of the product, indemnifying ABC any damage, liability; costs caused by miss use or misunderstanding of the manufacturers' instructions.
Returns for inspection / repair
PLEASE KEEP ALL OUTER PACKAGING INCASE YOU NEED TO RETURN
The carrier can refuse if incorrectly packaged.
From time to time, a select few products may develop minor faults, should this happen during your warranty period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired. Initially we ask you to report your fault in an email to us info@angliababycentre.co.uk. You may be prompted to send digital images of any faults, where possible. This is to assist us and can help you by keeping all of your correspondence documented. You can send your goods back to us yourself or we can arrange for the latter, we would charge a collection fee of £40.00. This charge will cover collection of the goods, all administration and return of the goods back to you.
If your repair is deemed chargeable by the manufacturer, then this charge will be passed onto you in addition to any collection charges already applied. Please note, any goods being collected by our couriers MUST be boxed securely, thus preventing further damage during transit. Goods which are not boxed adequately will not be accepted, under any circumstances. When goods are returned, you must place an envelope on the outside of the box, enclosing full details of any faults, your current contact details and proof of purchase.
Once your goods are inspected with the relevant manufacturer, they will make a decision on whether applying charges to your repair is applicable. We will always abide with the decision of the manufacturer, without question. Being a retailer, and not responsible for the design, production or engineering of these products, we believe that this decision lies solely with the manufacturer.
